The location is good, but otherwise I feel cheated. I paid €240 in cash for cleaning, and they still took €150 from my deposit because there were dishes in the sink and the bathroom bin was full. I think they're overcharging and expect guests to leave the apartment cleaner than they found it. They take advantage of young people. When the apartments need renovating, I suspect they'll cover the costs by taking deposits.

The shutoff valves were blocked so only the water shown in the pictures comes out. If you need water, this isn't the apartment for you.

It was noisy at night, with people out partying in the street and very young neighbors. They could have put in better soundproof windows. The air conditioning and fridge barely cooled, so nights were hot and our food went bad. Some of the sheets and towels also had suspicious stains. The apartment was filthy when we arrived. There was grease and old food stuck to the cutlery, which I had to scrape off with a knife. Lots of kitchen items were missing, and we had to buy those, along with toilet paper, kitchen towels, garbage bags, and other basics. We found three dead cockroaches on the floor. The shower and bathroom light were broken, so we had to use friends' apartments to shower. Then the owner wanted to charge us a €150 deposit penalty because the dishes were piled in the sink. That suggests the caretaker doesn't wash them, and guests just rinse them to get by. In the end he charged €50, which still feels like a rip-off after we paid €240 for cleaning. It seems he tried to take advantage once we were gone. I felt ripped off and had a terrible stay.

We left the apartment as we found it, if anything cleaner. Last year we booked another of your apartments and everything went perfectly, with no complaints. So when we write that some things could be improved, it's to help you make them better, not to make guests feel bad about it. About Lucía's message, where you replied that you were the ones who'd been scammed, you can't complain about us. Please don't say you were scammed when you don't need to respond.
