It's handy for sightseeing because it's close to the centre, but the rooms get very hot and the air conditioning doesn't work. I also spotted a cockroach in the bathroom and told reception. For the price, I'd look elsewhere if you can.

We didn't realize we had to collect the key at the hotel, so we spent half an hour outside in the rain trying to get in. No one answered when we called. Luckily, somebody came along and helped us. The apartment itself is great, but make sure you pick up the key from the hotel first.

The WC was falling apart, and when the air conditioning stopped working, the desk offered nothing except “lo sinto”. They wouldn't move us to another room or give us a discount. Nothing.

A nice little apartment, kept very clean, with really good room service. The staff only speak a little English, but that wasn't a problem for me. I liked the place.

Very clean rooms and an excellent location. The bed was a little smaller than at other hotels.
