Rafa, the owner, was wonderful and very attentive. He gave us helpful tips about things to do and see in the village so we wouldn't miss anything, and there were lovely little gifts waiting when we arrived. The country house is welcoming, with three spacious bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace that was perfect for this time of year. It sits on a hilltop with spectacular views, and there's a small square right next door where children can play in the sunshine. The neighbors are very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend the experience.

Rafa was very friendly, left us welcome gifts, and shared lots of information about local routes and events. He was available whenever we had questions. The house was so spacious, with three large bedrooms and roomy living and kitchen areas. The terrace and pool are small, but were just right for four adults, and we never felt cramped. We went for a few days in the last week of August, when the weather was nice without being too hot. The house was very well maintained down to the last detail. I highly recommend it, and the charming little town of Cortegana.

Rafa is a wonderful, attentive host who'll help out and suggest places to visit. This rural accommodation is magnificent and very well maintained, with thoughtful details in every corner. In summer, the ground-floor rooms stay at least 5 degrees cooler, and at night you might even need a sheet over you. Highly recommended.

Rafa was pleasant and attentive, gave us great tips on places to eat and visit, and had a lovely surprise waiting when we arrived. The house isn't very big, but has everything a family needs for a few days, and the decor is exquisite. It's right in the village, with a viewpoint next door offering breathtaking views and very friendly neighbors. We had a wonderful stay.
