We were a family group of 8 adults and 7 children, aged 2-15, and everyone loved it. There was plenty of room for games and exploring, and the pool was just the right size. The host was fantastic and really helpful. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the shops, and the drive to the villa is a bit of an adventure, but it was worth it. The kitchen could use more large plates and cooking cutlery. The barbecue was great for cooking, though the oven tended to trip the electrics. We all want to visit again soon.

The place is secluded, with amazing views, and only 10 minutes from Competa. The house has been fully refurbished and comes with a huge pool, making it a great spot for a family reunion. About 80 km away is Los Bermejales, a stunning turquoise-water reservoir in the province of Granada where you can swim or fish. Easily the best accommodation we’ve ever had.

A quiet location with lovely views and a fantastic pool. The villa is well equipped, the hosts were great and happy to help, and it’s good value when you come with a large group.
