Laura was warm, helpful, quick to respond, and never intrusive. Her hospitality was the highlight of our stay. The property is clean, practical, and convenient, with a large, well-kept garden, a barbecue area, several spots for eating and lounging, and a small play area with swings and slides. It's also a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Spain, a short drive from the picturesque fishing village of Cudillero and many spectacular beaches. A real find!

Laura is a wonderful host, friendly and attentive, and always happy to help. Her guide to local sights and the social club was especially useful. We also spent hours playing ping-pong and didn't want to leave. The apartment is so comfortable and has everything needed to relax, while the house itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained.

Everything was lovely, from the location to Laura's professionalism and warm personality. My partner, our dog Bambi, and I stayed for a couple of days and felt right at home. Laura was kind, always available to help, and so affectionate with Bambi, who loved the place too. Thank you for treating all three of us so well. We definitely have to visit again and again ❤️❤️

We stayed upstairs in a very nice apartment with a living room and open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. It had everything we needed. Villa del Sain is a country house divided into four apartments, in Arances, Cudillero, just 1.5 kilometers from the historic center. The garden has a barbecue, gazebo, and play area for children. It's shared by all the apartments, but that never caused a problem for us. Laura was kind and attentive throughout our stay, and has made a guide to things to see and do across Asturias. We'd definitely consider returning. We'll see.

Just five minutes from Cudillero, these tourist apartments are kept in great condition. We were welcomed warmly and given a detailed booklet of activities. Highly recommended.
