Very comfortable, and a good place for a weekend.

We found nobody there when we arrived, and there’s no reception or room service. The room is small, but fine if, like us, you’re only there to sleep. Still, it hadn’t been dusted, and some things from the previous guest had been left behind. The location is a matter of taste, though it is very quiet. There’s no café, just a vending machine selling coffee for €1.50. For €70 a night, that’s hard to accept.

We’ve booked this place several times, knowing it’s about 10-15 minutes from the city center. The rooms are fine, though some things are old and worn. Parking right outside is easy.

The value for money is excellent. The hostel is very clean, and the front windows look out over beautiful panoramic views of the city. We really liked how quiet it was, the friendly and helpful staff, the pleasant smell, and the cleanliness. It’s a short walk from the main avenues, near a small river, in a peaceful residential area. One thing that would help: having water or coffee available, or a microwave to heat food. There aren’t any bars or cafes nearby, and the vending machine wasn’t working properly during the night.
