We couldn't even finish our trip and had to leave because the place was so disgusting. There was no heating, the bathroom was too cramped to use comfortably, and the service was bad. The sheets had hair and odd stains, the towels were ripped and stained, and we saw cockroaches. Cold and horrible in Cuenca.
I’ve only seen the bar, and it looks really nice. It’s close to the NH hotel.
We stumbled on this place while looking for lunch during a day trip to Cuenca. The service was quick and very good, and the food was tasty without costing much.
There were ants and cockroaches in room 2, and the place was extremely dirty. I found the owner dishonest: she misled us when charging, then said she was leaving and offered to drive us if we wanted. I wouldn't recommend staying here. A bad place.
The place was very dirty, and they didn't turn on the heating in winter. Service was poor in the morning and at night, and they try to pressure you into eating both breakfast and dinner there.
