The beautiful setting couldn't make up for how unwelcome we felt at Endañeta Berri. The owner came to the apartment at 7:00 AM saying checkout was agreed for then, though we had never confirmed that. When I said I had told her we would leave later, she called me a liar in a disrespectful, inappropriate way. The exchange was very uncomfortable, with needless tension, inappropriate remarks, and even threats. Traveling as a family should feel pleasant, but this left us wanting to get out as soon as we could. We wouldn't recommend staying here, and hope future guests are treated better.

A lovely spot a few kilometers from the beach and tourist sights. The apartments work well for groups of four or six, and are well worth a stay.

Everything was new and really well looked after, and we loved the apartment, the views, the location, and the service. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, washer, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and small appliances including a juicer, hand blender, and toaster. They even provide detergent, dish soap, bin bags, cloths, and a scrubber. There's a clothesline and pegs, plus an ironing board and iron. Towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, towel hooks, bedding, and pillows are there too. The main bed is very comfortable. The sofa bed is a little less so, but still comfortable.

Arantxa was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment has great amenities, and the views from its fantastic location are magnificent. There are plenty of restaurants, attractions, and other places of interest nearby, and the transport links make it easy to explore much of the region without long trips. I'd happily come back.

The apartment was fantastic, spotless, and everything felt new, with care put into every detail. Arantxa was a real professional and looked after us so well. The place is in a quiet spot in the heart of the Basque Country, a two-minute drive from Zumaia and close to San Sebastián, Bilbao, and Vitoria. Thanks so much for everything, Arantxa.
