The posada is at the end of the road in a very quiet little village, with great views and excellent service. You can hike nearby or just sit outside in the comfortable chairs and enjoy the fresh air. The restaurant is really good and uses home-grown ingredients. It's less than 30 minutes from Potes and about 50 minutes from Fuentes de, making it a handy base for exploring the Picos de Europa area.

After cycling up from Potes, we stopped in for a drink. We got a very warm welcome, a couple of cold beers, and some olives. Hard to ask for a better reward after that long climb.

Tina and her family were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout our magical week. The hotel is in a superb location, and our room was clean and comfortable. The food was beautifully prepared with local ingredients. My wife and I thoroughly recommend staying here.

The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and nice armchairs by a window looking out over the mountains and valley. The owners, who also run the place, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with a set menu plus daily specials. On our first day Tina had picked mushrooms on a walk, and we could have them in an omelet. The second night we had delicious soup made with home-grown courgettes. The internet isn't great, which you'd expect somewhere so remote, and it's not really why you'd come here. There are plenty of things to do in the area, including hikes, cycling, and rafting. An absolutely amazing place to stay.

The homemade food was to die for, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. The views are amazing, with several trails nearby that you can reach on foot or by car. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you.
