After a 30 km walk, the first restaurant on the left as we entered the village felt like a mirage. We were welcomed warmly despite arriving a little late, in the dark. The pilgrim menu was excellent and reasonably priced, served from 2015-2130hrs with wine included. Great service, and we felt very welcome.

Check-in felt unfriendly, and although the Wi-Fi was technically available, there was no internet connection. I booked with breakfast but got none, though that may have been my travel agency's mistake. I found a nice Cafe after walking 5 km and got breakfast there. The rooms were okay.

The waitress is so cold you shouldn't expect a smile, and the portions are just as enormous as her manner is chilly. For 13 euro, I got a huge plate of deep-fried squid with salad, then an even bigger plate of assorted freshly grilled meat. It was all delicious. Definitely recommend it, unless a waitress not smiling might give you a panic attack.

A clean, tidy, spacious place in a really nice area with lovely surroundings. Highly recommended for washing up and resting before Santiago.

They were busy at Casa Manolo, but waiting 20 minutes for food was fine with me. I just wanted to know where I could sit, maybe with a drink while I waited, but nobody guided me. I ended up standing for 10 minutes and tried signaling the waiter three times without getting a response. In the end, I decided to leave without eating. Not a pleasant experience.
