It was quiet and comfortable for up to four people, with a pool and a good location. The owner was quite formal and gave us a long list of things to do and things we weren't allowed to do. Nothing major, just a few little surprises if you're used to regular hotels.

The two things I liked so far were the location and the internet, which worked really well. The rest has been a letdown. The photos make the place look much better than it is, credit to whoever took them. We arrived in the rain and had to head back outside and use wet outdoor stairs to reach the apartment. Everything inside is there, but the quality is about as low as it gets. The mattress may be the worst I've slept on, and after one night my back hurt and my neck was stiff. I'll see how I feel by the end of the week. The desk leg was broken and fell off as soon as I touched it. The pool is cold, and the heating doesn't work particularly well. I'm really not impressed, and doubt I'll book here again.

For our weekend in Valencia, this was a great base. Five-star location, and the place was simple, clean, and tidy.

The location was great, and arranging things with the agency was very easy.

Finding the place was difficult, and parking was a pain.
