We had a great four-night stay at Urso after booking through CSR. They noted our benefits at check-in, though no upgrade was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we'd stay again. The hotel felt truly five-star. For our first time in madrid, the location was ideal, in a lovely neighborhood close to shopping and plenty to do. Taxis were always passing, and there was a wash-and-fold laundry around the corner. Book the spa ahead of time. We had one of the best massages we've had, and reserving the pool and hammam gave us a private, relaxing space.

The rooms were spacious and nicely equipped, and the food at the hotel's dining spots was delicious. It's a beautiful historic property with modern amenities, and the staff were exceptional. Sarah in the breakfast dining room especially made our mornings. She welcomed us warmly, remembered our favorite breakfast orders, and was efficient and such a pleasure to see. We looked forward to seeing her each day. She's a real gem and a valuable part of the hotel. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay. Madrid has my heart, so maybe I'll be back!

We stayed at URSO around New Year's and would gladly return. After busy days in the city, it was lovely coming back each evening. The staff were fantastic, and we enjoyed the included breakfast on most days, with its generous servings and delicious choices. We also liked the lobby bar and the piano evenings. The location worked perfectly for shopping in Salamanca, and the excellent restaurants we booked were all within a 15-minute walk.

As someone from New York City, where service, food, and hospitality are held to very high standards, I was impressed by URSO. The concierge was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, and the waiters were thoughtful and polished. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and naturally professional. URSO gets every detail right with genuine grace and hospitality.

The location makes it easy to get to different parts of Madrid, and the lobby and food choices are hard to beat for a relaxed, light meal at the end of the day. Great breakfast and amazing service too. This is the only place I'll stay in Madrid!
