Perfect service, and the apartment was cool.

The room was impossible to rest in, with motorcycles, cars, and people talking outside coming straight through the windows. They aren't soundproofed, and people were fighting in the street at night, so sleep was out of the question. It's a very unsafe, troubled area, with drug use everywhere. The place is disgusting. The lift has apparently been out for a long time. Management disconnects it and says it's broken, leaving guests to climb to the fourth floor. They also switch off the stairwell lights to save electricity, so you can't see anything on the spiral stairs. Getting up there is a nightmare. When you call to report the problems, nobody answers. This apartment is awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The apartments are clean and really nice, and getting in is simple: they give you a code for the building and your apartment. For a short stay at a pretty good price, I'd recommend it. I'd stay again.

They even had fresh water ready for us, which was lovely after cycling tired along the Via Augusta between Cádiz and Andújar. The apartment was clean, roomy, and in a great spot, the best place we stayed on the trip. We'd happily come back.
