The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. For a three-star hotel, it really exceeded our expectations. There were lots of thoughtful little amenities around the hotel that made things extra comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, flexible and responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The reception team deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond to keep our son entertained and happy. It made a big difference for us. Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality.

We still haven’t had any response about our lost belongings, which is very upsetting. We left a wallet with credit cards in the safe and realized about an hour after checkout. We tried to contact the hotel, ready to come back and get it, but got no reply to our messages or calls, even after a long time. Before our stay, they answered messages promptly, so it was disappointing to get no help when we had a real problem. Guest care felt like zero. The room had a safe, but we had to request the key from reception and pay 30 euros to use it. After showering, water flooded the whole room. We were moved to another room, but the same thing happened there, and the floor flooded each time. The drainage seems poorly designed. The blanket provided was dirty and rough, and clearly hadn’t been washed after previous guests. It was very uncomfortable, especially for a child. It felt like it was just meant to cover the bed, not actually be used.

The breakfast and closeness to the sea were good, and the hotel was affordable for its price. The room wasn’t cleaned every day, which was the only downside. For a three-star place, the service was normal. If you just need somewhere to sleep, maybe it works. I’d recommend another hotel in the chain if you’re looking for a budget stay but a better experience: Tent Palma. I liked it more there.

Breakfast was the only good part of our stay. Everything was yummy. The room was dirty when we checked in, with rubbish left by previous guests, and the cleaning during our stay wasn’t done properly either. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and falling apart. We didn’t enjoy the stay.
