Pascual looked after the whole ride and had six other riders with him, including a lovely little Spanish girl from Madrid whose horse needed to be led by hand the whole way. We had a really relaxing time and got to see countryside in Sierra de las Nieves we would otherwise have missed. We'd booked by email for an easy one-hour ride at walking pace. Pascual introduced us to the horses and their traditional Spanish saddles. The sky happened to be a little overcast, which was great for those of us who go red in the sun :)

The hosts were helpful, and the stay felt very pleasant and homely. It's a good place to set off on the many walking routes in the national park and beyond.

I wanted to ride there on my own, but when I asked, they just replied, “Only you? Solo?” Then they couldn't even be bothered to answer me. It's really upsetting and disappointing because I wanted to ride there. Why don't you reply to my booking messages? 📖

My brother treated me to a two-hour ride on Friday, January 2nd, and I loved every minute. The peaceful surroundings are beautiful. Minerva, my mare, was so relaxed, and following the path beside the clear, flowing water felt like a balm. Thanks, Jorge, for such a lovely ride. We chatted now and then, then just listened quietly to nature!

We spent a weekend out in nature, with birds and crickets as the only sounds. The kids could run free and let their imaginations go while playing outdoors. We took a short walk with them to the natural pool and cooled off during the hottest part of the day. Such a good place to switch off from the world. We'll definitely come back feeling refreshed.
