Finca Primavera

We’ve stayed here two years in a row, and it hasn’t let us down. It’s in the El Paso area, which we think is a handy base for visiting the whole island of La Palma, and it’s one of the island’s best places to stay. The owner was very friendly and left us a gift. There’s also a shared pool for the three accommodations, green areas, and a tennis court we didn’t use. Our spacious apartment had a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with two separate beds, air conditioning in the living room, and a large private terrace with a built-in barbecue. The fruit trees had delicious apples and limes. It has almost everything.

The staff were really helpful and attentive, and helped us with everything we asked about. The accommodation has what you need for a stay in La Palma and is well connected.

We loved the place and will definitely return. It’s a good spot to unwind for a few days, with what you need to switch off. There’s a private terrace and a pool shared with two other houses, though it was completely empty while we were there. Everything else was perfect, but the pillows really need replacing 😆 And I’ve never seen a sky with so many stars 😍

Apartment number 1 felt like home, and the bed was very comfortable. We were there for four winter nights and the programmed heating worked perfectly, so we never felt cold. There’s air conditioning too. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and in good shape, as was the kitchen. We didn’t have much time to use the private terrace since we left early and came back late, but it has chairs, a table, loungers, and a barbecue. The host was always available and very helpful. The location is excellent for exploring the island’s west side, with supermarkets open late less than five minutes away by car. Parking is spacious and easy to maneuver, and the grounds are lovely, full of plants, cacti, trees, and palms. We didn’t use the pool because it was winter and we were out during the warmest part of the day, though it looked well kept. The tennis court, on the other hand, needs maintenance. A Smart TV would have been nice, as would a few more utensils. There were a couple of tennis rackets, which we appreciated, but no balls. In general, the place could use some maintenance.
