I'd happily come back. It was roomy and comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great spot.

The pool area was pleasant, apart from finding used underwear lying around. We were also told at the last minute that a cash deposit was needed for the pool wristbands. Cards and app payments weren't accepted, which was a poor surprise when not everyone has that much cash ready. Looking out at a cemetery gave the apartments a gloomy feel and took away from any comfort. Inside, the rooms were cramped and had broken air conditioning, one-door wardrobes, missing lamp bulbs, a broken TV, poor lighting and broken blinds. There was no hot water, the freezer was tiny, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and each room had only two towels despite our much larger group. That's only part of it. I can only give the stay one star because there's no lower rating.

The service was good, and the rooms were pretty good, though a bit messy. The terraces were untidy and didn't seem to get cleaned often. The elevator was the worrying part: it makes strange noises when it reaches your floor and stops, and sometimes seems to stop and drop. I think those sounds come from inside it, though there may not be anything to worry about. It stays quiet going down to -1, since there are no more floors below.

The apartments are affordable, fairly well equipped, and close to the center. We had some confusion about pool access because Booking.com hadn't mentioned the €20 deposit for each wristband. In the end, we sorted it out amicably.
