The rooms are roomy and very comfortable, bathrooms included, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They don't open until around 8:30 or 9 pm, but once they do, the places really come alive. We paid for underground parking. Use the map the hotel gives you to walk to and from it, because driving there can take forever.

There was a lot to like here: the quiet, comfortable rooms, the rich woodwork and the marble staircases. I'd happily stay again. I took a star off because light came in around the door at night even with the outer doors closed, and the parking is off-site.

It's a quiet, no-frills two-star hotel in the old part of Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz. Fine for what it is.

The spa suite is great, and the location is handy, close to the city centre.

We were very unhappy with the service. A family member died the morning before our stay, so we contacted the hotel straight away to ask to change the date. We'd already paid, and all we wanted was to reschedule. They refused and coldly said we'd lose our money. They never even called us back, just sent an email and left it at that.
