Rincones Con Luz Casa Palacios

Casa Palacio Luna is right in the heart of the city center, and our family had a wonderful few days there. The apartment was clean and just what we expected. Booking, organization, and getting the keys all went smoothly. Highly recommended!

The only thing going for the place was its location. It was very dark, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and there was almost no signal. The beds creaked so badly that sleeping was impossible. The shower water was cold, and you had to hold the showerhead to use it. Cleanliness was awful. The sofa was filthy with stains, and the walls were marked all over. The kitchen and living room ceilings were warped. Appliances were broken: the oven didn't work, the dented toaster kept tripping the circuit breaker, and the washing machine was missing buttons.

I loved the apartment, and both it and the location were 10/10. Reception staff were really friendly, and the service was excellent.

Location was the one good point. Everything else felt dirty, from the dusty, stained walls to the stained sofa. The ceilings were coming apart, and the beds creaked so loudly that sleep was out of the question. The shower couldn't be used, and the appliances didn't work, including the washing machine, oven, and toaster.
