The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the air conditioning was great. The bed was comfortable too. For this price range it's fantastic, though the bathroom is looking tired. We didn't eat downstairs because the menu seemed a bit pricey. There aren't any tea-making facilities in the room.

It's a quiet area, around a 15-minute drive from central Valencia, and the receptionist was kind. This is a nice little hotel. The bed was big enough, and both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable!

We liked the village of El Puig, and the hotel was in a great spot for us: just a five-minute drive from the beach. Valencia City Center is about 15-20 minutes away by car.

We had two balconies and good views toward the coast. The staff were grand when we arrived, and getting the key and heading to the room was easy. El Puig is a lovely little town that's simple to explore on foot, with some good places to eat. We walked to the beaches, about 1 1/2 miles away, with stony, mixed, and sandy stretches, and a good area for walking too. The train station was about a mile from the hotel. Trains took half an hour to Valencia and an hour to Castello, which was a fab city for wandering its great streets and visiting lovely beaches. We were advised that for short journeys it can sometimes be better to buy the train ticket on the day. Cheers 😁😁

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but I wouldn't return. I was in the hotel's new wing and wasn't impressed: the room was small, the TV even smaller, and the shower drain was clogged. I told reception, but it still wasn't fixed. The restaurant food was very salty.
