Hotel Brisamar Suites

I spent one night here after my flight was delayed, and the hotel was a lovely surprise: modern, with a sea view, and the food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were especially caring. When the hot buffet attendant noticed I was pregnant, he offered to cook my egg more. That was so thoughtful, and everyone was nice. The location is wonderful, but you need a car. I also loved the bathroom and its high-quality amenities.

The reception host was really supportive. My room came with a stunning private terrace overlooking the sea, and the hotel itself is modern.

It was easy to relax here, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere and the sea just a short walk away. The staff were kind and helpful from the moment I arrived, and there was plenty of delicious food, including healthy choices. I loved my stay and can’t wait to return.

I’ve worked in tourism for 14 years and was guiding a group of 44 people staying here. I called the day before to request breakfast at 07:00 because our departure depended on it. Reception agreed, and confirmed the arrangement when we arrived. At 07:00 the next morning there was no breakfast. A different receptionist just waved her hands, and the kitchen staff seemed surprised. The group was angry, and breakfast only began at 08:00, as if the hotel ran on its usual schedule. With no communication between reception and the kitchen, 44 tourists got up an hour early and left an hour late, disrupting our travel schedule.
