Mar do Ézaro - Boutique Hotel

I only got to stay for one night, and I really wish it had been longer. The area is spectacular, and the room felt luxurious, with lovely decor, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches everywhere, even in the quality of the towels.

The upstairs dining area has a lovely view across Pindo Beach, so you can have a relaxed meal. The fish was fresh, really good, and well prepared.

The sea view from my room was beautiful, and I found the location perfect. I was in the single room, which suited me well as a solo traveller. The staff were incredible, too. I had a lovely stay.

We came back to Ezaro for a stay after a lunch here two years earlier, when we were visiting Fisterra. We'd driven around the bay to see the waterfalls and ended up at a table outside Mar do Ezaro Boutique Hotel, looking across the bay. It was one of those special moments you want to experience again, so on our return to Galicia we booked a room and headed straight back. We weren't disappointed. The rooms are great, comfortable, and have all the facilities you'd need. Ours was street side, but that's a small trade-off. Service is as good as you'll find. Breakfast is made to order, and dinner from the selective menu is very good. It's a real boutique hotel, with plans for more rooms in the near future. I hope the charm stays the same. Miguel, the owner, seems fully aware of the need to keep serving local customers as well as visitors as efficiently as he does now, even with an expanded place. We'll certainly return. One note: both our trips to the Galician coast were deliberately in September, after high season. Some places may be closed, but those that are open offer quality service and excellent food. It's hard to beat, no huge crowds, still a great choice of restaurants, and Hotel Boutique Mar do Ezaro! No
