Lo Raco De L'olivera

The place was excellent, though I wouldn’t say it’s very kid friendly.

Really excellent.

The setting is beautiful, and the country house is decorated very nicely. But after our two-day stay, checkout became a problem. Nobody came to go through the checkout with us. Later, the landlady said she’d found broken bathroom tiles when she checked the rooms. We told her we hadn’t damaged them and had taken very good care of the place. Even so, she gave us a repair bill for nearly €300. We felt completely ripped off and cheated. Make sure you check with the owner before leaving a rented house. We absolutely can’t recommend this place, and we’ll do what we can to spread the word through every channel available so nobody else has the same experience. Such a shame, because the location itself is idyllic.

Alba, the owner, was very friendly. We had such a comfortable weekend here with the family that we mostly stayed in and enjoyed the Castle and the area around it, even though there are plenty of places to visit nearby. The house is very well equipped, and we’re looking forward to coming back.
