We spent the weekend at Teranka with our parents, and it was the most relaxing hotel stay we’ve had in ages. The sunset views were breathtaking, almost dreamlike. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had such a lovely feel. We were also surprised with an upgrade, which was so kind. Everyone on the team made us feel welcome, and the service was great throughout. Saturday dinner came with live music, which made for a really special evening. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service was all over the place. Jesus, Gianluca, and Valeria were great; the rest of the staff, especially management, were a mess. They tried to charge me 1k eur for makeup stains on the sheets because they said they couldn’t clean them. Given that they couldn’t even read a conditioner label and put shampoo in my conditioner, I wasn’t surprised. I’d order iced coffee and still get hot coffee that had gone cold, even after a week. Breakfast was painfully slow, usually 20-30 minutes to get coffee and food. Several times they also forgot to clean my room or refill the water and coffee. They gave me dog food that was expired and moldy, then tried to charge me 150 euro per night for it.

A great place to unwind, with a lovely pool, outdoor workout areas, and a beach just steps away. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the property sits among trees. There’s a lively feel, a good restaurant, and a cool rooftop where you can catch sunset views and music. The staff were professional and nice. Perfect for mixing relaxation with good vibes, and those sunsets are amazing.

The whole hotel felt quiet and zen, and I really didn’t want to leave after our four days there for my birthday. They made it feel special with balloons, sweets, a personalized note, and a full bottle of champagne in our room. The decor is stunning, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the food was divine. I also had the best massage of my life there. It’s one of the most special hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’d definitely go back.
