Pou Des Pujols

We asked for an extra hour in the room on our last day and were told they'd get back to us, but nobody did, so I had to call. They still wouldn't let us stay, and then knocked on the door five minutes before checkout to tell us to leave. Cleaning was supposed to happen every two days, but by our third day it hadn't been done. We reported it and were told it would be sorted, yet the next day the apartment was dirty again. Reception hours were posted on the door, but most of the time nobody was there. Not a positive stay. Look elsewhere.

The balcony is spacious and looks out over the pedestrian area, right in the center of Des Pujols. The apartment was very nice, cleaned every two days, and the towels were changed. The owner's wife owns the restaurant downstairs, Caprixtos, where you get 10% off dinner. I'd definitely return.

Ilaria welcomed us and walked us through everything. She was hospitable and helpful, even letting us leave our bags and shower before our return trip. The place was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and it's just 100 meters from the beach and close to the pedestrian center. We were told about the stairs to our second-floor room, so keep that in mind. The bath has a shower, as you can see in the photos. The bedroom is by the hallway and stairs, so leaving the balcony open isn't really possible, and you hear other guests passing. There's no parking, but a large scooter parking area is an easy walk, 200 meters away. I recommend it for the convenient location and hospitality.

We felt so comfortable in the apartment, and the beach is very close. The breakfasts were delicious, and everyone was so friendly: Luis, Iris, Auri, the cleaning staff, and the owners Jesica and Juanjo, who made us feel very welcome. Thanks, we'll be back soon!
