It's a shame, because the house is beautiful, but it was badly maintained. The furniture was falling apart, the place was dirty, and there were cockroaches. When we arrived, they gave us a different house from the one we'd booked, with one bathroom instead of the two we'd paid for. The following day they moved us to another house with two bathrooms, but one shower was broken and never repaired, and the sink didn't drain properly. In practice, we had only one usable bathroom. The shower water came out in spurts and kept cycling between temperatures. There was no living room or armchairs, so nowhere to relax, even on the terrace. It had three rickety, crumbling chairs for four guests. The ceramic hob gave electric shocks.

I booked several months ahead for June. On arrival day I called to ask when the apartment would be ready, and they said there'd been a problem with my reservation. They offered somewhere else in a completely different area. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

We spent a weekend at the Donatella apartment. It seemed quiet and secluded, until the people staying downstairs had a party and kept us awake all night. Nobody was there to manage the situation. We tried calling and messaging the company, but got no answer either way. We won't return. Completely unprofessional.

The apartment was decent and the location was quiet. The bathrooms are a little old.
