It was okay.

For €44 total, we got a clean, well-equipped apartment for four people. A few spots could use fresh paint, but for what we paid it was fantastic. I’d definitely stay again.

⚠️ Be careful. I’m concerned that management seems to put profits ahead of the well-being of customers and employees. The facilities in Galicia appear neglected, with mold on the walls, dampness problems and an obvious lack of maintenance. The cleaning service also seems inadequate and doesn’t ensure proper hygiene. I’ve also noticed numerous reviews and public ratings with patterns that suggest they may be manipulated or inflated. I wouldn’t rely only on the star ratings shown on sites like Booking or Aca. Given all this, prospective employees, suppliers and customers should investigate carefully and proceed with extreme caution before entering into any relationship with this company.

This was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. I booked a Deluxe apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single, but was given a one-bedroom place with just one bed. My son had to use the sofa bed and found it disgusting. There were no towels, pillows or sheets for it, so we had to complain to get them. The apartment was dirty, with long hair on the floor, and it clearly wasn’t ready. The listing said there’d be a terrace with a view, but it was actually a filthy interior patio with no view. It didn’t open to the outside, and the apartment was on the ground floor. It felt shabby, and it seemed they’d assigned us the last unit after already checking someone in the day before. They didn’t respect the check-in time, so we had to wait and call a number that they initially didn’t answer. When we asked for our money back, they refused to take responsibility and referred us to Booking.com. The contact person is the apartment cleaner, who doesn’t know what’s going on and can’t offer solutions. Don’t even think about booking, the worst of the worst!
