The natural setting was stunning, and the quiet was something you could really feel, with no urban noise. We were 27, children and adults, there for just a weekend, and it couldn’t have gone better. Alberto made us feel at home and was so welcoming. The caves are beautifully kept, and you can tell someone really cares about their work. Everything was perfect. If I could, I’d rate it 100/100. Thanks so much for everything, we’d happily return.

We spent the weekend with friends and children and loved the place. Even with freezing weather outside, the caves were so cozy we never needed to light the fireplace. The houses are lovely, with thoughtful little touches, plenty of parking, and lots of room for the kids to play. The owner is a delightful young man. A great place to spend a few days in nature.

We were around 20 people, and this was one of the best caves I’ve stayed in for a large group. The rooms are spacious and well looked after, and the pool and area around it are magnificent. There’s an outdoor charcoal barbecue, too. The place is tucked away and feels safe, just as we wanted, while Freila and Zújar are very close. The owner was very helpful. Hiking and kayaking are options, with unique natural beauty all around.

We’ve now stayed here twice, in summer and winter, and will definitely return. It’s wonderfully quiet for sleeping, the house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and everything is clean. There’s plenty of kitchenware, and Alberto is always happy to help if you need something. The pool is fantastic, and the garden and barbecue are lovely. One thing to know for winter: it gets cold in the cave. The temperature stays constant, but there’s no heating, so bring warm clothes. With small children, it’s best to bring a space heater for their room.
