After just two days, I was already in love with this place. The staff were kind and welcoming while still giving us space, and I’d gladly give it six stars if I could. It’s a quiet, stylish little hideaway, and while it isn’t cheap, the quality shows throughout. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We’ll come back when we get the chance.

We found lovely walks around the town and into the surrounding hills, and the breakfasts and dinners were phenomenal. Ramon and the staff took impeccable care of us. The property has several lounges and places to sit, with birds all around, plus incredible views over the river and valleys. It was so peaceful and easily the best stay of our two-week trip. 100/100, a must-stay in Northern Spain.

The food was delicious, and I loved getting to try local specialties. There were good choices for vegetarians, vegans, and pescatarians too. The people here were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome. They’ve turned the old building into such a peaceful retreat, with beautifully restored honey-colored stone buildings and the gentle scent of orange tree blossoms in the courtyard. It was breathtakingly calm, just right for relaxing. I could have sat looking at the view for days. We were only passing through and wished we could stay longer. I left feeling restored, and hope I can return.

Dinner was the highlight, and I’d recommend trying the wine they suggest. Breakfast looked lovely, but the serving felt small for us, more like a tasting menu. The owners are extremely sweet, and this is a really romantic hotel for a night. With the fireplace, it’s easy to spend the whole day and evening in the lounge. There isn’t much to do in the village, but the hotel and wine make it worth spending the night there. I think they had a bit of a water leak in the hallway. It’s a lovely place.

The setting was the standout for us, with the most exquisite, tranquil views. We’ve never stayed anywhere so serene and beautiful, and we’ll definitely return whenever we get the chance. My partner and I spent three nights here and had an amazing time. The room had fabulous views and very comfortable beds, and the hotel’s tasteful interior made it inviting to relax and unwind. The staff were warm, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Every meal we had was delicious, the portions were generous, and we really enjoyed the wine. Thank you so much for having us!
