The kind, helpful receptionist was the one bright spot. The hotel is near the beach and other places to eat, which is useful for escaping the food here. Breakfast, in particular, was cold and dry, and the serving window was only about an hour and 45 minutes. We arrived when it opened at 8:30, but the plates and cups were dirty. The “fresh juice” machine served a sickly cordial, not fruit juice. Online, the bedroom looked much better than it was in person: it was very small and incredibly outdated, with a glass left behind by a previous guest, which says a lot about the “deep clean.” The balcony railing wasn’t secure and felt like a safety hazard. The bathroom was decent, but had an unhygienic shower curtain. You have to ask for a key to use the safe, as one isn’t provided automatically. I wouldn’t stay here again. Don’t be fooled by how it looks online.

Three generations of our family stayed for seven days, from grandparents and parents to uncles, aunties, and kids. We all thought it was a great place to stay. The location was very good, and the pool was a great bonus. Staff were always friendly and polite, rooms were cleaned daily, and the buffet had lots of variety and plenty of healthy food.

For the price, this hotel is definitely not bad. The rooms were really good, with nice terraces, and they were cleaned well. The pool is small but nice, and the food was good for a hotel with this many stars.
