Hotel Iturregi

The one thing keeping this from a full five-star experience is the lack of a restaurant or room service, plus a front desk that isn't staffed around the clock. Beyond that, the service feels five-star. It's adults-only, so it was wonderfully quiet and private. Everywhere you look, the quality shows, from the furniture and food to the bathroom products and little touches like embroidered linens, towels, and slippers. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, with lovely rooms, shared spaces, a pool, a garden, and views. We spent a weekend here and already can't wait to come back. It was quiet luxury done just right.

Such a lovely balance of luxury and ease. One of the nicest hotels I've ever found, and we'll definitely be back.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the place itself is beautiful, with enormous rooms and a wonderfully peaceful setting. It's pretty close to perfect as a luxury hotel. It is remote, though, so you'll need a taxi to Getaria if you want to head out. There's no proper restaurant, but the room service works fine if you'd rather stay in.

We booked the entire hotel for our wedding, and the staff made the time with our families feel really special. They were kind and accommodating throughout. With the beautiful rooms and spectacular views too, it was an amazing place for the occasion. We'll absolutely return.
