No communication from the hotel at all, and the customer service is terrible. Awful. Don’t stay here.

We liked how convenient the location was for getting to the coast, just a short walk away. At some tides you can watch the Atlantic waves get high and hear the sea. It’s a central spot on the main street, but fairly quiet, although there was the occasional bit of noise from the neighbors. Maybe I’m just used to complete quiet at home. Don’t expect a sea view. The room was large-bed comfortable, tidy, clean, and modern, with finely worked wood that gave it a warm feel. The air conditioner was easy to use, and there was a kettle with teas, a safe, a mini-fridge, and a TV we didn’t use because we preferred being out in Gijón. A window allowed ventilation, and blackout curtains made the room properly dark. The separate bathroom looked lovely, with attractive wall tiles, fluffy towels, and pleasantly scented shampoo and shower gel included. It’s basic but affordable, with no kitchen and no parking right in front. A café is only a few meters away, just around the corner to the right as you leave. Reception is staffed at certain times, and cleaning staff are available. The host responds quickly and takes care of requests reliably. Entry codes for the main door and room were handy, so there was no key to worry about. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it.

I’m in Gijón often, and this hotel has become my go-to. It’s clean, central, and convenient, with daily room service to make the bed and change towels. Built in 2025, it feels brand new. There’s a large TV, AC, a window, mini-fridge, water heater, and a shower with a waterfall feature. No hairdryer in the room, but apparently reception can provide one. Online check-in and keypad access were really practical. I’ll definitely stay again.

The receptionist was friendly, the location is really good, and the service was excellent. I even booked the wrong date and only noticed after paying and the day had passed. When I arrived on the actual day, they gave me a 50% discount, which was a very nice gesture. The room is perfectly adequate, with a bed, TV, wardrobe, safe, and fridge, and the bathroom is new with a good shower. It’s not fancy or luxurious, but it’s very good value for money. 100% recommended.
