I picked this hotel because it was closest to the friends I was visiting, and it worked well for my needs. I spent much more time than expected working at the little desk in my room, and the WiFi never dropped. The staff were friendly, and both the room and hotel were clean. There was some noise from the main road and the restaurant below, though the windows kept most of it out. The restaurant also opens much later than it says online. I gave it 4/5 because guests have to leave their key at reception when going out. I understand it's for preventing lost keys and knowing who's in the hotel in an emergency, but often nobody was there to take it, so I had to leave it on the desk and hope nobody else picked it up. That didn't make me feel my work laptop was very secure in the room. I'd still stay here again.

The food is good, but the server could be friendlier and should know more about what's on the menu.

The woman at the entrance, Montse I think her name is, was friendly, attentive and a real professional. Excellent service. Thanks, Montse. It was lovely meeting you, and we'll definitely be back! 🤗

Everything else was perfect, and the place was very clean and pleasant. The one downside, in my opinion, was that the restaurant staff weren't very friendly.

The mattresses are firm and comfortable, and the air conditioning works. The place is unpretentious, just as the Google description says, and generally fine, though there are little issues like burned out lights, fridges that don't work, and joints that need attention. There's a restaurant downstairs. It's on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. Reception is open 24 hours, and they keep the doors closed. If you arrive before 20:00, you may be able to find street parking nearby. The staff are very kind.
