We stayed in Gijon for four days, and this hotel worked really well. Check-in was easy, the room was very comfortable, the twin beds were wonderful, and the shower was fab. The staff were upbeat, and the café/bar/restaurant was very good, with menu del Dias and other meals. We first walked from the Feve/Renfe station, which took 25 minutes, then used the bus into town. We found a Feve station about a five-minute walk away too. Buses 14 and 25 serve the area. We visited the beach every day, and there's a fab walk east along the pier for about 10 kilometers. It starts mostly flat, then gets quite up and down, with great beaches and cliffs. Gijon is very industrial to the west, with a huge steel/aluminium works between Gijon and Aviles. The main beach has lots of surfers, while the other local beaches offer good surfing. I'd recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again. Cheers 😁😁

We booked at the last minute and called to explain we'd arrive after 1am. The clerk talked us through everything clearly and sent the simple instructions on WhatsApp too. Great service and price. The hotel was very modern and clean, and breakfast was tasty.
