The apartment looked really nice, but sleeping there was another story. For all three nights, the club called La Planeta beneath the building played music from 24:00 to 06:00, and the noise reached the bedroom. I didn’t sleep. Never again.

The apartment itself is decent, but there’s a nightclub below it. Even on the third floor, you’ll be kept awake every day from 1 to 6 am. I’d book somewhere else.

The view from the window over the old town and river is great, and the apartment is clean and spacious. It’s also close to the old town. One thing to know: you need to pay the city tax by bank transfer or card before collecting the keys, which are at another address about a 5-minute walk away.

The kitchen is in rough shape: hardly any utensils, a broken blender, no microwave, and a stovetop that wouldn’t turn on. The apartment is also in a party area, so getting a decent night’s rest is nearly impossible. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I return to Girona.
