Acogedora Suite en centro de Granada

The hot water kept cutting out, and I ended up taking a cold shower. With the day at 29 degrees, the AC wasn’t working in two of the three rooms, while all the wall radiators were on and couldn’t be switched off. I contacted the owner but got no response. The rooms were small, and neither bathroom had anywhere to put your things. Our two-night stay was extremely unpleasant. TripAdvisor showed a 9.3 rating, but this felt like a 4 at best. Ridiculous!

The location was excellent, and the apartment had loads of room. José, the friendly and helpful landlord, took time to point out Granada’s sights and help us plan our stay.

Our landlord was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, modern, comfortable, and well located.

The roads were closed and some areas flooded, so getting to Granada seemed impossible or unsafe. We tried to cancel from Monday because a storm was hitting Granada and there was a Level 2 alert for rain and wind, but they kept refusing and saying we had to change the dates. When I called today, they said people were coming from Barcelona, ​​Madrid, and Almería, then it turned out everyone would be going to the same apartment this weekend. Liar! It’s just one apartment, so nobody else will be coming down this weekend. They’ll keep our money. They don’t care about people’s safety, or whether we can enjoy Granada and their property. They only care about money. The owner should be ashamed. We’ll soon file complaints with Booking.com, the property owner, and the consumer protection agency. These people take advantage of travelers and are responsible for terrible trips. Because of this person’s lack of common sense, I absolutely do not recommend this apartment.
