Alhacaba

I spent a few days in one of the penthouse apartments and had a good stay. The place was clean, attractive, and well equipped, and the price seemed good, though I've seen it both cheaper and more expensive. The location is handy for the Alhambra and the city centre. There's a large staircase at the entrance up to the upper floor, so it isn't suitable for people with disabilities. It could probably use a fresh coat of paint.

Manuel and Alejandra made our week feel like home. They welcomed us with a smile and did so much to help us feel comfortable. Manuel, we're so glad we found you. Your kindness is rare, and you bring such warmth wherever you go. The apartment was cozy and had absolutely everything we could need. The location was fantastic too: we walked everywhere and didn't need the car or bus once. We'll come back to your apartments whenever we can get away, and we know we'll be happy in any of them 😊.

We stayed in 2nd B, and the dust made the two nights miserable for me. I'm allergic to it and could hardly sleep, especially with the amount of dust in the room above. The shower was full of hair, and there were little hairs on the sheet over the mattress too. The water heater hose was leaking, and instead of repairing it, they left a container underneath to catch the drips. I wouldn't recommend this apartment even for one night. I'd cancel a trip before staying there again.

The apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and heating for colder weather. It's rustic and well located, about 20 minutes from the Alhambra, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a bus stop for getting to the city centre.
