Mythic Valencia Hotel

The staff were delightful and keen to help me plan my way around the city, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. I found the Mythic Hotel a great choice for my first trip to Valencia. It’s in a quiet area, just five minutes’ walk from the old city, and close to bus routes, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The hotel was immaculately clean and my bedroom was very comfortable. There wasn’t an outside window in the bedroom, but that didn’t detract from my stay. I’d certainly choose the Mythic again if I return to this most “Spanish” of big Spanish cities.

We’d definitely stay at Mythic again if we came back to Valencia. The breakfast we had there one day had a good range to choose from, and the hotel was very clean with helpful staff. It’s well placed near Serranos gates, with trams to the beach and bus station, plus nearby bus stops. Our room had a mini fridge that we made good use of, and fresh water was available. Coffee and similar items cost a little extra and weren’t in the room. We missed having daylight in the room, though it didn’t bother us much. Thicker towels might be nice.

A welcoming front desk and a great location, with the old city an easy walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, cozy but enough for a short stay. We enjoyed this cute boutique hotel.

The hotel has a really interesting look, and our room was spotlessly clean. Service and communication were lovely, and the location was great. We liked the breakfast, even as vegetarians, but the coffee was bitter and undrinkable. We were in room (2), close to the breakfast area, so everyone going to their rooms passed by and it was noisy. Even though ours was a larger room, there was nowhere to put the suitcases. We also had to keep the shutters closed so other guests couldn’t see in, which meant there was no window.
