The hotel offered free walking tours in a small group, and Pablo made ours a fun, interesting introduction to Valencia. He knew his stuff and was happy to answer questions. I really recommend the tour. Reception staff were helpful too, ready to give advice and book tickets. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the location was great for exploring Valencia. Thank you.

The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel sits downtown near great places to eat and things to do. Pablo was a brilliant staff member and tour guide, full of energy and easy to talk to. The hotel and service were amazing. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia.

I'd book here again ♡ The room was well equipped, and the hospitality was kind. It's in a cozy part of town, which came through in the hotel's interior atmosphere, and attractions were within walking distance.

Pablo’s city tour was the best part of our visit. He shared loads of history and information, and made it a real treat. We also got such a warm welcome when we arrived and had a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet was great, and renting bikes made it easy to explore. Our room was comfortable and even had a twin shower. Finding the hotel can be a little tricky because it’s right in central Valencia, but Pablo welcomed us and went out of his way to explain everything we wanted to know.
