The reception staff were helpful, and the hotel is well positioned and clean. Our room was a good size, with coffee making facilities and a TV that had English programmes. The bathroom and shower were fine. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were okay but not great quality. Parking is available, though very expensive.

The breakfast buffet is very good, and the old town is only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is modern and sits in a rather noisy area, but the insulated windows mean you can't hear anything. It's right by the main train station and metro station, a top location. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is right next to the main train station. To reach the old city, you have to cross a street, which can take a few minutes while you wait for the traffic light to turn green.

We arrived during a 38-degree heatwave, so it was perfect to find the hotel nice and cool. The rooms are fine for a city break, and it's well located near the shops and old town. There's a cycle hire point very close by, which made it easy to get around and reach the beach. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of breads, fruit, cheeses, and more.

It's quiet here, just a few meters outside the center. The hotel is next to the metro station, which connects M3 and 5 to the airport.
