Apartamentos Casa de la Lonja

I've been to Granada countless times, and this place wins hands down for its location, cleanliness, and excellent service. Thanks so much for everything, we loved our stay.

The location is the apartment's strongest point: right in the centre and near a parking lot. Still, if I go back to Granada, I'd choose somewhere else. We struggled to rest because the soundproofing is poor and you can hear everything in the building and outside. Although we booked for four, the apartment isn't comfortable for spending time in: the sofa is tiny and the other chairs are uncomfortable. It could use a couple more armchairs or a larger sofa. It's a shame if you're only there to sleep. Cleanliness also fell short. The pillows had no waterproof covers, the bathroom seals were quite dirty, one duvet had several stains, and the radiator they lent us was dirty too. These details made the stay worse than it used to be, even though they're all easy to improve. I hope they fix them, because the location is well worth it.

There are several apartments with this name at different addresses in Granada. Ours was at Marques de Falces number 2. The apartment itself was fantastic: spacious and fully equipped with cutlery, climate control, appliances, and bed and bath linens. The service was attentive and helpful. The outside and the apartment interior are quite a contrast. The location and exterior might seem off-putting at first, but the units themselves are great. The only real inconvenience is for drivers: the street is narrow, and the busy parking lot is a block away.

The rooms are on the small side, but cozy, and the bathroom is great and spacious. The building also has an elevator, right in the city centre.
