The location is pretty good, there’s air cooling, at least in room 402, and a Carrefour just 20 meters away. But this place is very much what you pay for, and not just in price. There’s no Wi-Fi or TV, though I don’t care about the TV. Reception is in another building, which caught us off guard and left us confused. Tidiness was only a little above okay. There are four floors and no elevator, which would be fine if there were hot water in the bathroom on that floor. A tired, unprepared traveler might also need to ask for toilet paper or regular hand soap. I’d only go for it on a VERY tight budget.

The bathroom was enormous and even had a bidet, a big plus for Italian guests! The place was clean and quiet, as expected. But having to check in at another hostel wasted so much time, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

The rooms are in bad shape, and this is a very old hostel. It isn’t even the cheapest place in the city. They could at least put some soap in the shared bathroom.

The room was nice and very close to the city center. The only issues were that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and check-in had to be done at another hostel.

The rooms and service were good, and the location worked well too.
