The area was calm, and breakfast was fine, but it’s a 20-25 minute walk into the city center. The room felt basic, more like a three-star than a four-star, and didn’t even have a chair. The pillows were strangely long and uncomfortable. The bathroom door was another oddity, it wouldn’t close all the way.

We spent three nights here with family in December. The train station nearby was useful, though the neighborhood itself wasn’t lively and there were only a few places to eat, including a pizzeria. Breakfast and service were okay. The room was so-so, with no chairs and a strange bathroom door that offered no privacy. It felt rather depressing overall.

Having an underground parking spot available to rent was a big plus in Seville. We also loved how close the hotel was to the heart of the city. The staff were very professional and friendly, and our spacious, clean room had a special feel, lovely design and a really cozy bed. This fantastic stay made our trip memorable.

The restaurant team really went out of their way for our group, even serving breakfast earlier than their normal hours. Pablo deserves a special mention. He kept checking on us and moving around the tables to make sure we had everything we needed, and his attention to detail made the experience memorable. The rooms have modern glass-door bathroom showers.
