We could sit on the terrace over breakfast and enjoy the amazing view, the same one other tourists were gathering at the miradors to photograph. There was beer waiting in the fridge, and the little plunge pool was nice. The street was quiet, with no traffic. It’s a 10-minute walk to the main Plaza and 8 minutes to the Sacramonte cave houses. This place exceeded our expectations. Don’t miss a flamenco show while you’re in Granada.

Caridad made communication and everything else easy. She even helped us with flamenco show tickets and a taxi. The apartment is a gem, clean and stocked with the facilities and utensils you need. And the terrace has a magical view of the Alhambra. We’ll be back! ❤️

There’s a lovely shared courtyard with tables and chairs where you can eat outside. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, with a good selection of kitchen utensils and appliances. Its balcony terrace looks out toward the Al-Humbra palace. Highly recommended!

The shared upstairs balcony was a highlight for us, with unbeatable views of the Alhambra. It’s about 50 ft below and parallel to St. Nicholas’s viewpoint, and we spent every evening there. We stayed four nights in the Lorca unit with my wife and two children, and this was the best place of our Europe trip. Caridad’s place is in Granada’s Albaicín neighborhood and was immaculately clean. Beds and couch were comfortable, and every room had an AC unit connected via WiFi. The kitchen had a microwave/grill, a small refrigerator, a washer, and a two-burner electric stovetop, plus enough utensils for simple meals. The bathrooms were a good size, with strong water pressure, soft towels, and quality toiletries. You enter through a courtyard set back from the street, which helped with privacy and noise. Neither was an issue for us. The neighborhood is walkable, though it would be challenging for anyone with major mobility issues. There’s a tapas bar across the street, and within a 15-minute walk we found plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. We liked elemen for groceries and enjoyed trying tapas at different places. Caridad and her husband and daughters, whom we met during our stay, were lovely and ready to help. They arranged a taxi for our very early trip to the station on the last day. I’d absolutely stay here again.
