The place was clean and great, and we were grateful for a lovely stay in such a good location. But getting in was stressful: we never received the access details, arrived to find the place locked, then spent 45-50 minutes scrambling and calling US booking agents to work out what to do. Check-out at 10 am also felt unusually early. We asked to leave at 11 am, but were refused because it needed cleaning for the next guest, due at 3-4 pm. That seemed too rigid. It might also be helpful to provide body lotion and shampoo, like most other places do.

We had everything we needed for an overnight stay, including a comfortable bed, and the place was spotlessly clean. It's right in the city centre, easy to get into, and quiet overnight. Rosa communicated brilliantly and replied quickly whenever we had a question.

The cathedral view from directly across the street is lovely, and the location is hard to beat. The place itself is modern, clean, and nicely equipped. What let it down for me was the bed: the mattress was horrible, very firm and springy, with too little padding. I could feel my partner move, and a comfortable bed matters to me on holiday. The Wi-Fi was unreliable too. Also, check that they have the air conditioning turned on. Our place was stuffy on the first full day, and after reading the instructions we realised the unit wasn't starting. We contacted the number provided, they replied quickly and asked us to try it again, and then it worked.

The bed was even long enough, which is rare in Spain, and the shower and internet were both good. The place was spacious and well appointed, with a really easy check-in and no trouble finding it right by Granada cathedral, right in the town centre. You could walk to Alhambra too, though I'd save my legs for the visit. Everything turned out better than expected.

The price was decent, and the location made this one of the best places I’ve stayed in Granada. It feels underrated. Amazing accommodation, I’d definitely come back. Keep up the good work!
