I was left without support when I needed it, and the whole experience felt extremely irresponsible. It took a lot of effort from me and Agoda agents just to reach management through the number advertised here. I had paid for the service and still had to chase them. Calls and messages went unanswered, and the emergency number never worked. There was nobody working in the apartment, which was worrying for our wellbeing. There’s more than one “Casa Mirravelle” in Granada, and I initially went to the wrong one. That could have been sorted out easily if staff had answered the questions I sent through Agoda and by phone the day before. Instead, I arrived, knocked, and waited for hours in cold rain. No one answered my calls, messages, or emails. People working in nearby shops said it had happened to other guests too. After those hours, I contacted Agoda again, and a female staff member finally called me back from the same number I had already tried more than 10 times. Once inside, I found the power was off, so I was in the dark and freezing. I called again and got no answer. They didn’t even check whether I’d managed to get in. Only after Agoda contacted them would they call back. They said they wouldn’t take calls after 8pm, and I was nervous sleeping there that night. Nobody answered the emergency phone either. What if a guest is in danger? The WhatsApp exchange was unbelievable. Their account sent an automatic reply, and I sent several messages that showed as read with blue ticks, but got no response. I took screenshots as proof and submitted them to Agoda. Then the account disappeared, or maybe I was blocked. They also had the wrong email listed and never replied to my email. Later, they said they didn’t have WhatsApp at all. It felt like a joke that they thought they could lie about it. I paid a much higher price for two nights and got service that was awful. There was no apology. Late at night, the woman even told me, “if you don’t like it you can leave and we give you full refund”?! Travellers have more and more options, and businesses can’t expect people to put up with this kind of neglect. They didn’t even answer Agoda’s complaint, so the agent advised me to leave a review and tell the truth.
