Hotel San Claridge Granada had only recently opened when we stayed, and it gave us a memorable mix of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Granada. Lorenzo, the hotel manager, made a real impression with his kindness, professionalism, and attention to guests. When there was a misunderstanding about parking on arrival, Lorenzo sorted it out quickly and cancelled the parking fee for our stay. We really appreciated that. Since I’m pregnant, he also arranged a special dinner and spa visit for us, which was very thoughtful. Helena, Pablo, Felipe, and Miguel, along with the rest of the team, were consistently welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant, luxurious décor, and everything felt carefully put together and immaculately maintained. We also loved the peaceful, high-quality spa, a lovely way to unwind after exploring the city. The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, shops, and many of Granada’s attractions.

We had a fantastic four-night stay and left with big smiles and happy hearts. The warm, professional hospitality made it especially memorable, from the front-of-house team to the restaurant and spa staff. Thanks to Helena and everyone across the Hotel. Right in the heart of the old town, the location was perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable, with great amenities including the Spa, rooftop deck, and pool. The food was high quality, and breakfast combined a buffet with à la carte options and super-fresh produce. We’ll be back!

Pablo and Mahdi were especially friendly, and the service was great. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend.
