Communication with the host was easy and efficient. I was arriving late, at 10:30pm, so I emailed ahead, and on arrival day they sent instructions that let me get into the hostel without trouble. Reception staff were consistently polite, helpful, and friendly. I stayed a week in a room with its own bathroom, and it was very clean. The bed was comfy, and I had everything I needed: working air conditioning with a remote, Wi-Fi, TV and remote, hot water, clean towels, toiletries, and a small clothes rack. There's also a microwave and a little shared room for eating. It's not a luxury hotel, but it has what you need at a very good price. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Granada.

The receptionist was a really friendly, helpful guy, and I appreciated having a large mirror in the spacious, very clean room. The bed was comfortable too, and the location was great. The walls are thin and the street can get noisy, as other reviews mention, but earplugs should take care of that. I did notice a slight sewer smell now and then, though it wasn't terrible and could be looked into. Also, the shower has nowhere to put soap or hair products, which wasn't convenient. Still, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and looked lovely, and the price was very reasonable. They were welcoming and nice. I recommend staying here.

Everything you need to enjoy Granada, at a low price. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the city center.

Good location near the center and an economical price. Not bad, though it was a little noisy.
