The suite upgrade the receptionist suggested cost €25 a night, and it was absolutely worth it. The room had a gorgeous view, and the hotel service was amazing throughout. I hadn’t gone in with especially high expectations, so it was a lovely surprise.

We were close to the old town and its main sights, and could walk up to the Alhambra in about 15-20 minutes. The hotel was also around 10-15 minutes from the main train station. Our one-night stay was a nice experience: friendly staff, quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out, and a spacious, comfortable room. It faced the busy main street, so there was some noise, but they provided earplugs and I slept fine even though I’m a light sleeper. The rooftop had a great view and a small pool.

The bathroom setup was awkward for us as a family with a young child. The shower had see-through glass, which may suit couples, but not everyone, especially when the room has two separate areas and seems intended for more than two guests. We stayed three nights in May and had a good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, service was pretty good, and the rooms were okay. Valet parking cost 20/-25 Euros per night, a little steep but understandable for the area. Breakfast could definitely be better.

A clean, pleasant little hotel with spacious rooms. It’s right in the center of old granada, and getting around Granada from here is easy, whether walking or taking the bus.

Friendly service and a fair breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. It’s a basic hotel, though, and I’d put it at about 3.5 overall. The hair dryer didn’t work, and for a 4 star hotel I would have liked separate shampoo and wash products.
