Hotel Saylu

Check the address carefully in your vehicle GPS, because the location it showed us was wrong. Reception was alright, but the restaurant was awful, with unfriendly staff. Breakfast was so poor it was almost laughable, and the rooms had basic, old-fashioned shower fittings. They even wanted one euro for a cup of ice with just a few cubes. When I said I had no money, the woman waved me away and said, “No money, no ice!” 😂 Just an ordinary three-star hotel, nothing exciting.

The beds creaked a lot, and breakfast was so poor it barely counted as breakfast. The staff member working the buffet was really hostile and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Everyone we dealt with, from reception to the cafe staff, was kind and helpful. I came from another country and don't speak Spanish, so I especially appreciated how easy they made things. It's a great place for a short visit to Granada, and I'd recommend it.

The room itself seemed fine, though the view from the window was terrible, which I suppose is tolerable. The fridge didn't work and the TV had no remote. There was a strong tobacco smell in the hallway, and nobody spoke English. We also waited about ten minutes for the waitress to take our order, even though only one other group was there. Not a pleasant stay.
